Usage
Clean the area with cold water and pat dry, then massage the Pre-Bleach Lotion until absorbed. Mix one part activator with five parts bleach cream in a glass or plastic bowl for two minutes. Apply evenly in the opposite direction of hair growth and leave on for 1012 minutes, extending by 57 minutes if required. Rinse thoroughly with cold water without using soap for 56 hours, then apply the Post-Bleach Lotion and massage until fully absorbed.
